Your Lima Coffee Cart in Denver

About 65 miles, or roughly 70 minutes, from our Midtown roastery in south Fort Collins, traffic permitting

Lima Coffee Roasters brings a barista-staffed espresso bar to Denver offices, conferences and company events by request. Your team gets drinks made to order from coffee we roast ourselves in Fort Collins, and you get one quote that already covers the baristas, the equipment, set up and tear down.

This page is for workplace and corporate events. If you are planning a wedding or a private party in the city, our Denver coffee catering page covers that side, and every service area is listed on the main coffee catering page.

Who books a corporate coffee bar

Office managers and HR teams use the cart for employee appreciation days, all-hands meetings and Monday morning kickoffs. Event planners book it for conferences and trade show booths, where a real espresso bar keeps attendees in the room and gives them a reason to stop and talk. Marketing teams bring it to product launches and client events, and November and December fill up with company holiday parties.

How a Lima espresso bar runs for a corporate crowd

A Lima barista runs the bar from your first guest to your last. These are the same baristas who work behind the counters of our three Fort Collins coffee shops, so the drinks at your event are the drinks we pour every morning. The core menu is two lattes with rotating syrups plus a draft drink such as cold brew or lemonade, served hot or iced. You choose the syrups and the draft drink, and menu customization is included in the quote. Drip coffee is available by request for an extra charge.

Send us your run of show and we set the service window to match it, whether that is a two hour reception, a full morning of meetings or a coffee break between conference sessions. We confirm timing with you ahead of the day, arrive early, set up, serve and leave the space the way we found it.

How pricing works

Every corporate booking gets its own quote, built from your date, the venue, a rough headcount and the kind of event. Travel for Denver dates is confirmed with your date. The full breakdown of what a quote covers is in how pricing works on our main catering page, and the quote form takes about a minute.

Where Denver Events Happen

Downtown and LoDo

The Colorado Convention Center, Union Station and the office towers of LoDo and the Central Business District host conferences, client mornings and company parties all year. Loading access and the power circuit are the two things to check with building management before the day.

RiNo

River North's warehouse venues, studios and breweries suit product launches, team celebrations and holiday parties where the coffee bar is part of the room rather than tucked in a corner.

Denver Tech Center and Cherry Creek

The office parks of the Denver Tech Center are built for training days, sales kickoffs and all-hands meetings. Cherry Creek's hotels and event spaces work well for client events and leadership offsites.

The Boulder and US 36 corridor

Broomfield, Westminster and the office campuses along US 36 are the shortest drive from Fort Collins of any Denver metro stop. Boulder companies can also start from our Boulder coffee catering page.

Catering in Denver

How far ahead should we book corporate coffee catering in Denver?

Send your date as soon as you have it. Popular dates fill up first, especially company holiday parties in November and December, and booking early gives us time to plan the menu and the travel with you. Email requests get a reply the same day.

How many employees or attendees can the coffee bar serve?

Tell us a rough headcount on the quote form and we shape the service and the menu around it. The menu can change with the size of the event, and the guest count is one of the things your quote is built on.

What does our office or venue need to provide?

A flat six by six foot space and one dedicated electrical circuit for the espresso equipment. Indoors or out, we work with what your building has. Outdoors, the spot should be shaded. We bring the cart, the equipment, cups, lids and everything else.

Can you cover a full day of meetings or a multi-day conference?

Send us the run of show with every day and service window on the quote form. We set service around your schedule, whether that is a single morning or a longer event, and confirm availability for each day with your quote.

Do you cater offices in the Denver Tech Center and along the Boulder corridor?

Yes, by request. Downtown, LoDo, RiNo, Cherry Creek, the Denver Tech Center and the US 36 corridor toward Boulder are all on our Front Range list. Put the venue address on the quote form and travel is confirmed with your date.
