Every Lima coffee cart booking gets its own quote. Tell us your date, location, guest count and type of event, and the quote comes back covering all barista costs, equipment, and set up and tear down, so nothing shows up on the bill later.

Every Lima Coffee Cart booking includes the cart, the espresso equipment, and experienced baristas from our own Fort Collins coffee shops. Your quote covers barista costs, equipment, set up and tear down, so nothing shows up on the bill later.
All we need from you is a shaded, flat six by six foot space and one dedicated circuit to plug into. We bring everything else.

Catering in Windsor
Do you cover Timnath as well as Windsor?
Yes. Timnath is on our standard Northern Colorado service list, and at about 15 minutes from our Fort Collins roastery it is one of the shortest drives we make.
How far is Windsor from your roastery?
About 25 minutes. Our roastery is at 4229 S Mason St in Fort Collins, and Windsor is part of our standard Northern Colorado service area.
Can the cart set up at a golf club or lakeside venue?
Yes, if the spot is shaded and flat with about six by six feet of room and one dedicated circuit we can plug into. Clubhouses and pavilions usually have both, so ask your venue which outlet we can use.

How much does coffee catering cost?
Every booking is quoted for your event, based on your date, location, guest count and type of gathering. The quote covers all barista costs, equipment, and set up and tear down, and menu customization is included. Drip coffee is available by request for an extra charge. The quote form on this page takes about a minute.
How do I book the Lima coffee cart?
Fill in the quote form on this page, email coffeecart@limacoffeeroasters.com, or call 303.598.5646. We send back a custom quote, you save your date, and then we build the menu with you. On the day we arrive early, set up, serve, and pack down.
How quickly will I hear back?
Email requests get a reply the same day. The quote form takes about a minute to fill in, and a real person reads every request.
Do you cater holiday parties?
Yes. Corporate gatherings and private celebrations are two of the four kinds of events we serve, and holiday parties fit both. November and December dates are booking now, and popular dates fill up first.
Do you need power at the venue?
Yes. The cart needs one dedicated circuit to plug into, plus a shaded, flat six by six foot space. We bring everything else, including cups and lids.
Who makes the drinks?
Experienced baristas from our own Fort Collins coffee shops, using coffee we roast at our Midtown roastery in Fort Collins.

How far in advance should I book?
Send your date over as soon as you have it. Popular weekends fill up first, and booking early gives us time to plan the menu with you.

What kind of drinks do you serve?
Our main menu includes two lattes with syrups that rotate and a draft drink such as lemonade or cold brew. Drip coffee is available by request for an extra charge. Drinks are subject to change depending on the size of your event.
Can I customize the menu?
You can. Menu customization is included in your quote, with a variety of drinks and syrups to choose from. Alcohol is not available.
