This coffee has the unique natural 24 hour fermentation process that was developed by Giovanit Gutierrez. He wanted to improve the quality that the cherry already had with a fermentation protocol he designed with his father to enhance the flavors in coffee. Much time and dedication has been put into this process, which makes it one of the most unique and tasty coffees available.
