Finca El Diviso is a multi-generational, family-owned farm led by Nestor Lasso, widely recognized for its innovative approach to specialty coffee. Over the past eight years, Nestor has focused on cultivating high-end varietals such as Java, Geisha, and Pink Bourbon, working closely with Jhoan Vergara and his brothers to refine farming practices through collaboration and shared technical knowledge.

This Java is processed using a washed anaerobic method, beginning with the careful selection of perfectly ripe cherries. After floating and a thermic shock, the coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation in sealed bags before slow drying in air-recycling dryers. Each step is precisely controlled to preserve the variety’s distinctive aromatic profile and cup quality.
